Are you a skilled and passionate house cleaner looking to join a growing cleaning business? We are currently looking for a Lead Crew Cleaner to join our small–but growing company. We offer a guaranteed salary, have a structured schedule, and we provide a great benefits package. Benefits

  • Guaranteed starting salary of $1600 per month, if you work 2 shifts per week.

  • Guaranteed starting salary of $2400 per month, if you work 3 shifts per week.

  • 2-3 shifts per week: Wednesday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

  • After 3 months of employment, employees receive 8 paid vacation days.

  • 1 hour of paid sick time accrued per 30 hours worked.

  • 4 days of paid holiday time during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • After 6 months of employment, employees receive vision and dental insurance.

  • Room for advancement within the company.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and professional cleaner to join our small business. We need an OUTSTANDING cleaner that takes pride in their work, has meticulous attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. This business is owner-operated–meaning you will be working alongside a trained professional with 10 years of cleaning service experience. As an owner I believe that repetition is the best method of training and that everyone learns at their own pace and in their own unique way.

  • Completing cleaning duties according to training and provided checklists.

  • Managing a particular area of the client’s home and ensuring high levels of quality cleaning has been completed.

  • Working with minimal supervision.

  • Assessing a client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per the clients wishes.

  • Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect.

  • Complying with proper safety policies and procedures.

  • Professionally accepting any complaints or issues and using such complaints as a way to better your cleaning skills and knowledge.

  • Taking the initiative to delight our clients whenever possible.

Job Requirements

  • Must pass a Background Check.

  • Legally able to work in the United States.

  • 1 year of prior experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping preferred.

  • Ability to work independently or with a team and manage time effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work on your feet 8 hours per day.
